📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and supervising a team of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of clients and assets.
  • Monitoring and managing security operations to prevent and respond to security incidents.
  • Conducting regular patrols and inspections to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and responding to their security needs.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of security operations and incidents.
  • Participating in continuous training and development programs to enhance security skills and knowledge.
  • Ensuring the availability and functionality of security equipment and technology.
  • Promoting a positive and professional work environment within the security team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in security operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successful security management and incident response.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of security protocols, laws, and regulations, particularly in Bali.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
  • Valid security clearance and certification, such as SIA (Security Industry Authority) license.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience in using security management software and technology.
