📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive concierge healthcare program tailored to the unique needs of our clients.
• Oversee the coordination of healthcare services, including doctor visits, diagnostic tests, and hospital admissions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of our concierge healthcare services to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to promote our premium healthcare services and attract new clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the healthcare industry to ensure that our services remain innovative and competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a premium concierge healthcare setting.
• Proven track record of success in managing and growing healthcare services.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including medical terminology, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare providers and clients.
• Proficient in using healthcare management software, such as Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts.
• Certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
