📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems such as QuickBooks or similar software.
• Greet customers, provide excellent service, and resolve any issues that may arise during their shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working order.
• Count and balance cash at the end of each shift, reconciling any discrepancies with the store manager.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including stocking products and ordering supplies as needed.
• Handle customer returns and exchanges, ensuring a smooth and friendly process.
• Stay up-to-date with retail trends and best practices to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a cashier or retail customer service role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
