As the HR Manager for our new mall in Denpasar, Bali, you will be responsible for creating and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role offers a chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of a groundbreaking retail project.
In this role, you will use tools like BambooHR for HR management, SAP SuccessFactors for payroll, and LinkedIn Recruiter for talent acquisition. You will need at least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the retail or mall operations sector. This position offers a competitive salary of Rp 25,000,000 - Rp 40,000,000 per month.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
- Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Oversee training and development programs.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in retail or mall operations.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
- Proficient in using HR management software such as BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Experience in managing a diverse workforce is a plus.
