📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct technical consultations with clients to understand their IT needs and challenges.
• Develop and present detailed proposals for virtualization, cybersecurity, and network infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between client requirements and our product offerings.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients during the implementation phase of our solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in virtualization, cybersecurity, and network infrastructure.
• Participate in product demonstrations and training sessions to enhance client understanding and adoption of our solutions.
• Monitor and analyze client feedback to continuously improve our products and services.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network infrastructure, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
• Proven expertise in VMware, Cisco, and Palo Alto Networks technologies.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, security frameworks, and virtualization concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications in relevant technologies such as CCNP, VCAP, or PCNSE are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
