As the HR Manager for Logistics & Business Growth, you'll be responsible for driving our company's expansion across Bali and beyond. You'll leverage your expertise in HRIS systems like BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors to streamline our HR processes, while also collaborating with our L&D team to develop tailored training programs for our logistics and business development teams. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Wepost's business goals, focusing on logistics and business growth.
• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience for all employees.
• Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
• Design and deliver training programs, leveraging LMS platforms like Cornerstone or Docebo.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop succession plans.
• Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws, including tax and benefit administration.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform data-driven decision-making.
• Foster a culture of innovation, diversity, and inclusion within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on logistics or business growth.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems, preferably BambooHR or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations is a strong asset.
