📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and process customer orders efficiently using our in-house logistics software.
- Coordinate with drivers and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all expedition activities.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and expedition management.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of expedition policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, expedition, or a related field.
- Proficient in using logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian traffic regulations and local logistics practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
