📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, from invoicing to collections, ensuring timely payments.
• Leverage Salesforce, QuickBooks, and SAP to streamline and automate receivables processes.
• Monitor and analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and negotiations to resolve payment issues.
• Prepare and present monthly reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control roles.
• Proficient in using Salesforce, QuickBooks, and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.
• Certification in Accounts Receivable or a related field is a plus.
