In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, answering inquiries, and promoting our products and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.,Answer customer inquiries and provide information about our offerings.,Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.,Collaborate with the sales team to support and assist in closing deals.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or a similar sales role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
