📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to meet the organization's business objectives.,Source, screen, and attract top talent for various roles within the company.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, employees, and external recruiters.,Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify talent acquisition trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the talent acquisition strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and local recruitment practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
