📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Rooms and MICE departments.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet and exceed their targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all sales policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share best practices and knowledge.
  • Represent Accor at industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and partners.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
