📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the roles.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
