Lingkungan Nanda Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and a passion for delivering excellent service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Manage and train production staff to maintain high standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene protocols.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Conduct regular quality checks and address any issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in food production or a related field.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to manage and train a team effectively.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,Valid food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
