📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our properties and enhance brand presence,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth,Manage and coordinate with external vendors and agencies for marketing activities,Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns,Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities and results,Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements,Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or communication roles,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Creative and innovative thinker with a strong attention to detail,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively,Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus
