Web Pearl Unggul is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Receptionist to join our team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and clients in a professional and friendly manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate departments.,Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and courteously.,Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.,Train and supervise junior receptionists to ensure high standards of service.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information and interactions.,Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership position.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage a fast-paced environment.,Customer service orientation and a commitment to providing exceptional service.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and the ability to work in Yogyakarta.
