📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Train and mentor junior chefs and commis chefs.,Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Assist in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Strong attention to detail and quality control.
