You will work closely with our team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, while also contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and process payroll for employees using SAP Payroll and other relevant software.
- Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations and tax laws.
- Prepare and distribute pay slips, bank transfers, and other payroll-related documents.
- Handle employee benefits and ensure they are administered correctly.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Provide payroll-related training and support to employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and reports.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SAP Payroll and other payroll software.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian payroll laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
