PT Pratama Berkah is looking for a dedicated Deputy Waiter to join our team in Dili. As a Deputy Waiter, you will be responsible for assisting the head waiter in managing the team, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head waiter in managing the team, including scheduling shifts, training new staff, and addressing any issues that may arise.,Ensure that all food and beverage orders are taken accurately and efficiently, and that they are delivered to the customers promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure that the restaurant has adequate supplies.,Assist in the preparation of food and beverages, as needed, to ensure that all orders are completed accurately and on time.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that all food items are prepared to the required standards and that any issues are addressed promptly.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained in a safe and hygienic condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is required.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry is preferred.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Must be able to speak and understand Bahasa Indonesia and Tetun.,Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
