📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide Level 2 IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Manage and maintain in-house and business applications, ensuring optimal performance.
• Develop and implement IT solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT systems and applications.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use IT resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in IT support and application management.
• Proficiency in using ITIL framework and best practices.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
