📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and present sushi in accordance with Japanese culinary standards.,Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene.,Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.,Contribute to the development and innovation of the sushi menu.,Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.,Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Japanese sushi techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid food handler's certificate.,Experience working in a luxury or high-end restaurant setting is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
