In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing plant improvement projects aimed at enhancing operational excellence. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage plant improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure project success.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and production, to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.,Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met.,Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.,Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting project progress, challenges, and achievements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.,Mentor and coach junior project managers to develop their skills and capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on plant improvement and operational excellence.,Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and best practices.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.,Understanding of the cement and construction materials industry is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
