Spot Glow Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Supply Chain Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our supply chain operations, ensuring smooth flow of goods, and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers and partners. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize supply chain processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth collaboration.,Analyze and report on supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and initiatives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role.,Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and regulations is a plus.
