📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proven ability to meet or exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
