In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the laboratory operations, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory science, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to patient care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by supervising laboratory staff and implementing quality control measures.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory tests and processes.,Conduct training and mentoring for laboratory staff to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure that laboratory services meet the needs of patients and clinical departments.,Monitor and report on laboratory performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a strong background in clinical laboratory science.,Certification in relevant laboratory techniques and technologies, such as hematology, chemistry, or microbiology.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals and other departments.,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software, including automated analyzers, microscopes, and data management systems.,Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and confidentiality in all laboratory operations.
