📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting routine and special audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Reviewing financial records, transactions, and documents to identify discrepancies and potential risks.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborating with various departments to understand their processes and identify areas for improvement.,Developing and implementing audit plans and procedures to ensure thorough and efficient audits.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing guidance and support to internal audit team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal controls.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
