📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage real estate projects from inception to completion.,Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Oversee the work of subordinates and ensure they are performing at their best.,Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all projects.,Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.,Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the real estate industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and completing real estate projects.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to real estate.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
